The WFCCA Conference is an opportunity to introduce your business, organization, products, or services to people who work with young children across Wisconsin. Exhibiting gives you a place to answer questions, share what you offer, and make connections with early childhood professionals.
The Exhibit Hall is a popular part of the conference experience, giving attendees a chance to browse, discover new resources, and learn more about the businesses and organizations represented at the conference. Exhibitors may reserve one or more tables and participate on Friday, Saturday, or both days. The Exhibit Hall is open to conference attendees and the public.
Exhibitor Details
- Exhibits are not exclusive; all exhibitors are welcome.
- Set-up and tear-down guidelines will be shared via email.
- Exhibitors must donate a door prize for the exhibit hall raffle.
- Registration requires agreement to the Exhibitor Liability Clause.

Exhibit rates are $100 per table for one day or $175 per table for two days through February 28, 2027, and increase by $25 per table after February 28. Exhibitors who reserve by February 28 will be included in the Conference Book. The final deadline is March 25, 2027.
